Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available at checkout.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R3,450. Orders under this amount have a flat shipping rate of R150.
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Yes, we deliver to all areas in South Africa. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), EFT, and instant EFT through PayFast.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayFast's secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Currently, we only accept upfront payment through our online payment system. This helps us keep prices low and orders processing quickly.

Returns, Warranty & Repairs

All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact us with your order number and a full fault description. Items must be returned with all cables, power supplies, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for return shipping costs — please insure and use a traceable method. Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Contact our support team via email or our contact form with your order number and a detailed description of the fault. Our technical department will issue an RMA number — one per item. This number must be referenced on all correspondence and on the outside of the return package.
All products come with manufacturer warranty through our supplier, Syntech. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and fault description to obtain an RMA. Repair times are estimates only and are not binding. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from delayed repairs.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, power surge damage, or software issues and data loss.

Our PC Builder lets you select components one by one to create a custom PC. It checks compatibility between parts and shows real-time pricing.
Yes! Create an account to save your builds for later or share them with friends.
Currently, we don't offer assembly services. However, all components come with manuals, and we provide support if you need help.
