4.1 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders
- Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only
4.3 Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. We will notify you if a product becomes unavailable after you place an order.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
5.2 Payment
- Payment must be made in full before dispatch
- We accept credit/debit cards and EFT via PayFast
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
- We do not store your full credit card details
5.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow our returns process.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
- Signature may be required for valuable items
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control

7. Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa and is aligned with our supplier Syntech's procedures:
- No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- An RMA request must be submitted prior to returning any item for any reason
- Each RMA number authorizes the return of one item only
- A full fault description must be provided to enable testing and verification
- All defective items must be returned with all cables, power supplies, accessories, and documentation
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping — please insure and ship via a traceable method
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit
- If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%

8. Warranty and Repairs
All products come with manufacturer warranty as supplied through our supplier, Syntech. Warranty terms vary by product and brand.
- Warranty claims must follow the RMA process outlined in Section 7
- Repair times given are estimates only and are not binding; time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed upon in writing
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unforeseen costs or delayed repairs
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, water damage, or damage from misuse or accident
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from power surges or improper electrical supply
- Software issues or data loss
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DirectTech or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
