Dual-colour silk luster in one spool | Smooth gradient finish straight off the printer | Compatible with all 1.75 mm FDM printers | Adjustable gloss via nozzle temperature and speed | Designed for decorative prints and artistic models

The Anycubic PLA Silk Dual Filament in Black/Red is designed for makers who want their prints to stand out with a rich, layered visual effect without any post-processing. The dual-colour silk formula blends black and red into a seamless gradient that shifts and catches the light as the model rotates, giving finished pieces a premium, almost metallic sheen. You can fine-tune the surface finish simply by adjusting your nozzle temperature and print speed — a higher temperature or slower speed increases filament fluidity for a high-gloss, silky surface, while cooler, faster settings yield a softer lustre. The filament is compatible with any 1.75 mm FDM printer and works at a printing temperature of 210–240 °C with a heated bed set to 55–56 °C and a recommended print speed of 50–250 mm/s. Dry the spool at 55–65 °C for 6–8 hours before use to ensure clean, consistent extrusion. Ideal for decorative parts, fan art, and artistic models where visual impact matters.

Features

  • Dual-colour silk PLA combines Black (#212721) and Red (#D22630) in a single strand for eye-catching gradient prints
  • Silk-like surface luster shifts across the colour spectrum as the model is rotated, adding depth and a premium finish
  • Controllable gloss — adjust nozzle temperature and print speed to dial in high-gloss or softer lustre results
  • Compatible with all 1.75 mm FDM printers; no specialist hardware required
  • Supports intelligent identification when used with compatible Anycubic ACE Pro systems for automatic print-parameter recognition
  • Certified to RoHS, REACH, and SDS standards
  • Recommended for decorative parts, fandom models, and artistic prints

// Share product with fallback // 2026-05-22: rewritten. Old version had three bugs: // 1) Copy Link button used `this.textContent='Copied!'` which destroyed the // icon (textContent replaces everything). After clicking, the link icon // disappeared. // 2) Inline onclick handlers had nested \x27-escaped strings interpolating // `url` directly — if the URL contained a single quote the JS broke. // 3) Close button used `this.closest('div[style]').parentElement.remove()` // — fragile, depends on no inline style elsewhere in the DOM tree. // New version: build with DOM nodes, attach proper event listeners, keep the // icon, gracefully handle clipboard failure, use a held reference to close. function shareProduct() { var title = document.querySelector('.product-title').textContent; var url = window.location.href; if (navigator.share) { navigator.share({ title: title, url: url }).catch(function() {}); return; } // Fallback: show share options modal var modal = document.createElement('div'); modal.style.cssText = 'position:fixed;top:0;left:0;right:0;bottom:0;background:rgba(0,0,0,0.6);z-index:9999;display:flex;align-items:center;justify-content:center;padding:1rem;'; var encoded = encodeURIComponent(url); var encodedTitle = encodeURIComponent(title); var content = document.createElement('div'); content.style.cssText = 'background:#fff;border-radius:12px;padding:24px;max-width:360px;width:100%;text-align:center;'; content.innerHTML = '
